Q: How Long Does The Party Last?
A:
Your party is two
hours long, not including orientation
and optional time in the Game Room
afterwards. The parties are staggered
and scheduled throughout the day.
Each group will enjoy 30 minutes
of private time in each of the 3 arenas
and 30 minutes in your own private party
room.
Q: Does My Party Get The Private
Room For The Entire Time?
A:
No. All parties rotate through the 3
Arenas for a combined one and one-half
hours. Once the party in front of yours
finishes their 30 minutes in the
assigned party room, then the party
attendant will clean the room and move
your presents, etc. into the party room
prior to your arrival.
Q: Do We Open Presents At Jumpers?
A:
We do not allow
guests to open their gifts in the party
room if they are having food and/or cake
because your time is limited to 30
minutes.
Q: Can I Bring In Outside Food?
A:
No - with a few
exceptions. A select list of food items
can be pre-ordered through our a la
cart menu for the kids/adults. In
addition, you may bring in a cake or
cupcakes if
it's not included in your package.
Q: How Do I Reserve My Party?
A:
Parties can be
reserved by calling or e-mailing us. A
$100 non-refundable deposit is required
to reserve your party.
Parties can be re-scheduled, but you
must notify us 15 days in advance and
the new party date needs to be within 60
days of the original scheduled date.
Q: Can a guest wearing a cast
participate?
A:
For safety
reasons, we do not permit anyone wearing
a cast, sling, splint or brace to
participate in the Bounce Arena.
They are welcome to participate in the
other two Arenas.
Q: What If I Do Not Have 24
Children Attending?
A: The
peak party times on Friday, Saturday and
Sunday are set and youre allowed to
have up to 24 participating children
with any of our Party Packages. We also
have a package that allows you
to customize a party that satisfies your
needs.
Q: Decorations?
A:
The party room
will be decorated for you in a
bright Jumpers theme and all plates,
napkins, etc. will be provided. If you
desire a specific theme, then you can
bring your own decorations and the party
room attendant will use your decorations
instead. Please let us know
when reserving your party and give them
to the attendant at the front sales
counter during orientation. Please note:
piatas, silly string, and confetti are
not allowed.
Q: What about Party Extras?
A:
We offer several
different types of packages that will
hopefully fulfill all your needs. In
addition, you can purchase miscellaneous
party extras: balloons, shirts, goodie
bags, etc. from us at the front sales
counter. Please inquire
when reserving your party/special event.
Q: Can Parents Participate?
A:
Yes! We
encourage the parents to join in on the
fun. There is also a Parents Lounge
(adults only) with
TVs and wireless high-speed access for
them to relax.
Q: Are Waivers Required To Be
Signed By ALL Attendees?
A:
Yes. Each
participant will be given a bracelet in
return for a signed waiver. All children
under the age of 18 must have a waiver
signed by their parent/legal guardian.
If someone other than a
parent/legal guardian is bringing the
child, then please make sure that they
bring the signed waiver with them. This
also includes adults wishing to
participate.
