HIRING POLICIES
It is Jumpers practice and intent to
obtain the most qualified persons for
all positions. Immediate family

for employment with Jumpers as long as
there is no direct reporting
relationship or conflict of interest
and they are not working within the
same work area. Job-related tests may
be given to help determine
qualifications, aptitude or ability to
perform a specific job. Such tests
may be given to internal candidates
for performance assessment, job
changes and promotions, as well as to
applicants.
EMPLOYMENT AT WILL
All employees are at will and are free
to resign at any time without reason.
Likewise, Jumpers has the right to
terminate an employee at any time with
or without reason or notice. All
newly hired employees, and any current
employees who have been transferred,
promoted or reassigned to a new
position, are employed with the
understanding that their first 90 days
in their position is an introductory
period. This introductory period
provides an opportunity for both you
and Jumpers to evaluate each other and
to determine the desirability of
continuing or discontinuing the
employment relationship. During your
first 90 days in your new position,
your job performance will be observed
by the manager to ensure job
compatibility. The introductory
period does not represent a guarantee
of employment for 90 days or any other
period of time. Jumpers reserves the
right to terminate your employment,
for any reason not prohibited by law,
at any time during the employment
relationship, both during and after
this introductory period.

Jumpers recognizes its responsibility
